It is almost May and boy am I glad. The sun shines and makes me oh so happy. The girls are getting bigger and everyone is happy and healthy, so life is good. Honestly, it has been a bit tough here and there with two kids though. You don't really understand how hard it is to be in this position until you are already there and it's too late. Not that I'd take it back, it's all worth it, but definitely hard. Ava is pretty colicky at night which is rough, but during the day she is smiley and happy and makes the evenings all worth it. Jocelyn is into her tantrums these days but we get through them. Her favorite thing right now is The Lion King and we often catch her singing "poon tada!," which is Hakuna Matada. Its pretty dang cute.
Rob's work is still going well, it's awesome having him at home. Oh, and I got a haircut. And I'm still feeling pretty fat these days. Rob and I went clothes shopping last night and after trying on a billion shirts I only came home with one. Depressing. But I've decided to start training for a 5K which will be good for me. Wish me luck. Hopefully I'll be all sorts of skinny and hot in a few months. Gol, this blog post is really scattered and random. Ah, such is life.

snow, snow, go away, come again another day
These pictures were taken forever ago, like probably two months ago when we went to see the chickens near our house. Jocelyn was wearing short sleeves. Why is this weather playing games with my heart? A few weeks ago I took the girls to the park and got a sunburn. Now it's all stupid and snowy again. What the? I think that is what Jocelyn is saying in this picture, so I found it appropriate to post. :)
